Corals : nursery growth

There are two types of coral nurseries in the program : one consisting of coral trees for the individuals from the cuttings and the second of tile cages for the individuals from the gamete collection. The nurseries make it possible to grow the individuals to a sufficiently large size to be able to reintegrate them into the natural environment, on degraded reefs in order to participate in their reconstruction. These facilities require permanent maintenance in order to remove macro-algae and molluscs that may grow there.
